Who We’re Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners who are confident in the EYFS and committed to high-quality care
  • Warm, reflective professionals who are calm, kind, and thoughtful in their practice kind, and reflective individuals
  • Genuine nature lovers who value outdoor learning, natural materials, and learning beyond four walls
  • Practitioners inspired by the Curiosity Approach and in the moment planning, responding to children’s ideas, questions and fascinations as they happen
  • Individuals who are passionate about safeguarding, inclusion and children’s wellbeing and who understand the importance of strong, trusting relationships
